Teamfi makes participant setup simple with CSV Participant Upload. Instead of requiring every participant to create an account and set up their own profile, Teamfi can upload your entire roster for you using a CSV file.
With CSV Participant Upload, Teamfi will:
CSV Participant Upload is a great option for organizers who want to minimize setup for participants by providing a no-sign-in sharing link. However, CSV uploads cannot be used in conjunction with Teamfi’s automated text flow. Simply provide your participant roster, and Teamfi will handle the setup and return the sharing links you need to get started.
Teamfi’s CSV Participant Upload is available on every fundraiser type (Crowdfunding, A-thon Fundraisers, Calendar Fundraisers, and Fill My Fundraisers) and is completely free to use.

To use Teamfi’s CSV Participant Upload feature, follow the steps below:
CSV Participant Upload must be completed before participants are invited. Once the sharing links are returned, participants can begin sharing right away without needing to sign in or set up their own profile.
Do participants need to create a Teamfi account with CSV Participant Upload?
No. With CSV Participant Upload, Teamfi creates the participant profiles and provides organizers with an individual sharing link for each participant. Organizers can send these links directly to participants, allowing them to begin sharing their fundraiser without signing in or completing their own profile setup.
Which Teamfi fundraiser types support CSV Participant Upload?
CSV Participant Upload is available on all Teamfi fundraiser types, including Crowdfunding, Custom A-thon, Calendar, and Fill My fundraisers. CSV uploads must be requested before participants are invited to the fundraiser. CSV Participant Upload also cannot be used in conjunction with Teamfi’s automated text flow.
How do I use CSV Participant Upload on Teamfi?
Create your fundraiser and follow the guided onboarding steps. When you reach Step 3, email your participant roster as a CSV file to hello@teamfi.works. Teamfi will upload the participant list, create each participant profile, and send back the individual sharing links for you to distribute.
