Dynamic Participant Groups

Using groups on any Teamfi fundraiser is easy and comes built into the product. To make your first group:

1. Navigate to your participant table, hover over the "Manage Participants" button and click "Add & Edit Groups".
2. From there, just type in the name of your desired group and pick a color label.
3. Once your first group is created, you can either manually assign it to any participants using the "Assign Groups" button, or they will be able to self-assign from their profile page.
4. Once participants are assigned to a group, you will see that group's number of participants and amount raised in your dashboard in the "Groups" metrics card.

You can also edit and delete existing groups at any time throughout your fundraiser. Additionally, if using groups, any exports or reports you download throughout your fundraiser will contain group name.
