Does each participant get their own A-thon page?
Yes! Each participant that joins your A-thon fundraiser will get their own uniquely branded donation page to collect both donations and pledges within your fundraising campaign. Tracking for each fundraising page is built into the Teamfi fundraiser dashbaord that each fundraiser organizer has access to.
Can I still collect flat donations if a donor doesn't want to pledge?
Yes, your A-thon fundraiser will always be able to collect both pledges (e.g. $1 per free-throw) and immediate flat donations (e.g. $75). This allows for maximum flexibility for donors to provide support for your fundraising campaign.
How long does an Teamfi A-thon fundraiser typically last?
Most Teamfi A-thon fundraiser typically last about 3-4 weeks. This timeline ensure that each of the automated outreaches to your potential are complete which concludes on day 14 of your fundraiser. Additionally, the extra time is used to collect your fundraiser's pledges once your A-thon fundraiser event date has concluded and participant performances have been added to the platform.
Is the Teamfi A-thon fundraiser really free to use?
Yup, absolutely! Teamfi provides all of our fundraising software for completely free of charge – we believe that every organization should be able to fundraise without any platform fees. Teamfi takes zero cut of your fundraiser and is powered entirely off of optional tips from fundraiser donors. These generous tips allow us to provide Teamfi for 100% free for fundraiser organizers.
The only associated cost of running your A-thon fundraiser is standard payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per donation) that are taken directly out of each donation by are charged by Stripe for secure payment processing.
How will I receive my Teamfi fundraiser payout?
You choose your payout method when setting up your A-thon fundraiser. You can receive a check, which is mailed after you close out your fundraiser and typically arrives within 7–14 days, or you can choose direct deposit, which sends the funds to your organization’s bank account within 24–48 hours of closing out your fundraiser.
