Incentives work extremely well. Many PTOs and PTAs create friendly competitions between classrooms or grade levels and offer rewards like pizza parties, extra recess, or school-wide celebrations for top performers.
How long should a PTO or PTA fundraiser run?
We recommend at least two weeks at minimum, but most fundraisers last around three weeks. This gives ample time to get the word out and focus on the fundraiser for a few weeks without it dragging on.
Does it cost money for my PTO or PTA to fundraise with Teamfi?
No. There are no platform fees to run a fundraiser with Teamfi. Your PTO or PTA can launch and manage a fundraiser without paying to use the platform, and funds raised go directly toward supporting your school’s needs. The only associated fee for running your fundraiser are standard payment processing fees (2.9% +$0.30 per donation), charged by Stripe to ensure secure payment processing.
