We mentioned a few earlier, here are some other programs that killed it with their fundraisers: Fruitport, Vicksburg, and Napoleon (Calendar Fundraiser). These programs ran their fundraisers for free through Teamfi. The only program cost? Payment processing which is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, paid to Stripe for processing secure payments.
