Fill My Volleyball is a brand new fundraising format for volleyball teams, clubs, and beach volleyball organizations in which participants try to get a donation for each of 30 spaces in their volleyball. Each donor leaves their name and fills a volleyball space. Spaces range from $5-$100 and total to $740 per volleyball – raising you more than enough money for gym rentals, travel, volleyball uniforms, and more.

Ideal timing for a Fill My Volleyball fundraiser depends on which season you play. School programs do best in late July or August, right as tryouts wrap and season excitement builds, or even during a playoff run when the community is paying attention. How do the digital Fill My Volleyball donations work — can someone claim more than one space?
Yes. A donor can claim as many spaces as they want, and their name shows on each one they take (if they choose to leave their name). They can also give a custom amount outside the $5–$100 range if they'd rather. Every donation goes straight to your account through Stripe, so there's no cash to collect or checks to deposit — all volleyball spaces and custom donations are automatically tracked in real time on your Teamfi fundraiser dashboard.
Can we run a Fill My Volleyball alongside our serve-a-thon, calendar, or crowdfunding fundraiser?
You can, though most families give once a season — running two at once often means getting half of each. Many volleyball programs slot a Fill My Volleyball into the opposite part of their calendar from other digital options like serve-a-thons or pick-a-date calendars.
