Why Fundraiser Organizers Choose Teamfi

It was Easy and painless! Kanon and the rest of the Teamfi Team were awesome with answering any questions & solving any problems that arose

Highly recommend!

Great experience working with you guys, you make it a complete breeze!!!

The entire process was amazing. Kanon and the crew were awesome. Anytime I had a question I received a response promptly. I would definitely recommend and use for future fundraisers. Thank you so much for everything. You guys rock! God bless you.

This platform was a great way to raise funds, the support was awesome, responsive to questions and helpful when help was needed. The response timeline was great.

Teamfi was hands down the best experience for us! So easy, and was so glad I could watch the entire process live. All questions I ever had were answered and they were easy to talk to. As a first year coach, I was nervous about my very first fundraiser, but this process was a breeze! I will 100% be using this company again.

This has been the best fundraising experience ever!! It was so incredibly easy to set up, have our soccer team players create accounts and fundraise!! I also have to mention that customer support and service are the absolute BEST!! The owners themselves replied immediately to any questions or concerns I had during the campaign. This sure beat spending hours in front of our local bagel shop “shaking a can” or setting up a car wash!! Highly recommend to any organization for fundraising efforts!! Will be using this platform moving forward for all our teams fundraising needs!!

Use Teamfi if you're looking to get the most for your team out of fundraising efforts. It is such an easy platform, and I'm so glad to have found it in time for our football team's spring lift-a-thon. You can tell it was created by people who truly understand team needs.

‍
The setup was fast, and players simply added their contacts—plus, all of that data remains within your organization. Everything is transparent. There are no hidden fees, only standard credit card processing costs, so the team maximizes every donation.

There is a clear FAQ page and great customer support if you run into any confusion.
Many thanks to Teamfi- The McCallum Football Boosters look forward to using the platform again for our fall fundraiser!🙌🏻

Went with them due to the low %'s and man was I glad I found them. Great platform with the ability to create and manage fundraisers. We used it for our football lift-a-thon. Brought in just over 10k in donations and a check cut back to us for $9,691.33 . Will be solely using them moving forward. Allows us to help our athletes more and fundraise less when all the money goes to your program and not the company.

Incredible app that takes the guesswork out of it!

Easy to use, quick turnaround on payment. The best and easiest fundraiser I have ever done!

This is the second year in a row we have used Teamfi and the experience was as good as last year. Easy to use, great customer support and the results are undeniable. Already planning our make-up fundraiser for kids that missed this one.

This was the easiest and most effective fundraising event I’ve had in my 28 years of coaching!
Thanks for making things extremely easy!

‍

Kanon has supported us with several fundraising campaigns, and each one has been extremely successful. If you’re looking for a simple, effective way to raise money for your athletic teams, there’s no better option.

Teamfi Fundraisers are one of the easiest and most efficient ways to raise funds for your organization and team. The onboarding, donation, and payment processes were clearly communicated, user friendly, and easy to navigate. We could not be more pleased with Teamfi.

The easiest fundraiser to run and Kanon is easy to get ahold of if you are having any trouble. I would highly recommend Teamfi for any of your fundraising needs!

Working with Teamfi has been an absolute game-changer for our nonprofit. From the very beginning, they brought not just a service, but a stream of creative, effective ideas that helped us elevate our fundraising efforts beyond anything we had done before.

‍
What truly sets them apart is their commitment to going above and beyond. They didn’t just hand us a plan and walk away—they partnered with us every step of the way. Their team consistently checked in, offered thoughtful adjustments, and made sure everything was running smoothly. That level of ongoing customer service and follow-up is rare, and it made a huge difference in both our confidence and our results.

‍
Their innovative approach helped us reach new donors, engage in fresh ways, and ultimately exceed our fundraising goals.
I would highly recommend them to any nonprofit looking to grow, improve, and take their fundraising to the next level.

I had the best experience with Teamfi! My rep, Kanon, was always super responsive and families loved how easy it was to donate to our team. We finished out our season using Teamfi and my only regret is that we didn't use them earlier in the year to maximize our funds raised! At the end of our fundraiser, I was in a major time crunch and Kanon and Teamfi went above and beyond to make sure we received our funds in time. I am so happy to have found Teamfi and look forward to using them for years to come.

‍

Have used Teamfi multiple times now and as a high school coach, I can tell you I will only be using Teamfi for my fundraisers. So simple and easy to use. The fact we get all proceeds minus the processing fee is AMAZING! No other company offers that and cannot be beat! Thank you Teamfi for helping us easily raise and keep the funds we desperately need!

This was a great fundraiser and an easy way to raise funds for our PTSO! It was nice having support when we had questions too. Thank you!

‍

The fundraising platform was amazing and so easy!! More successful than I could ever have imagined. Thank you for the great product. We will see you next year! I have been spreading the word about your great product.

‍

This has been an excellent experience for fundraising for my church youth group. It’s seamless and effective. Kanon and his team are great to work with and accessible if needed. We nearly made our Goal and that’s impressive!! I look forward to doing this digital calendar fundraiser again in the near future!!

‍

We had an amazing experience using Teamfi for our middle school calendar fundraiser. This year’s fundraiser nearly doubled the profits we typically raise, which was incredible for our school programs.

‍

From the very beginning, the Teamfi group provided outstanding customer service. They were responsive, supportive, and truly went above and beyond to help us succeed. What really stood out was their willingness to make personalized changes to the calendar fundraiser instructions to better fit our school’s needs, which made everything much easier for our teachers, students and families.

‍

They guided us every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping our school reach its goals.

‍

We are extremely happy with the results, plan to use Teamfi again in the future, and highly recommend them to any school or organization looking for a successful and well-supported fundraiser.

Teamfi and Kanon are awesome! I was new to fundraising, Kanon was very helpful and always made time to help. Teamfi is pro team and has helped our kids go to the Flag Football World Championships! Flatline Football out of Miami thanks you and we look forward to many more fundraising campaigns using Teamfi!

Fundraising with Teamfi was super easy. Kanon was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had, even on weekends. I highly recommend fundraising with them!

We're deeply grateful to Kanon and Teamfi for their invaluable support with our inaugural Music department fundraiser. The entire process was remarkably smooth and transparent. We're excited to partner with Teamfi again for our future fundraising initiatives. Sincere appreciation, MOT Charter High School Music Department, Middletown DE

This was a great fundraiser; the process was simple for the players and their families, and it was much easier for me to run than old-fashioned, pencil & paper fundraisers.

‍

We have used Teamfi over the last few seasons to raise over 40k for our program. The process from beginning to end is smooth, and is a great way for an organization to generate transformation donations rather than relying on transactional support. Teamfi is continually looking for ways to improve how they serve its users in order to make crowdfunding efforts even more successful. We have chosen to use Teamfi over other organizations because of its grassroots origin and the fact that there is no fee to use their platform.

This is our third year using TeamFi and the crowdfunding function for our fundraiser. It has exceeded our expectations each time. The ease of use is amazing and the amount we have been able to raise has been incredible.

What an easy fundraiser!!! The best part is that you actually receive a check for what you actually earn!! You will not have to give up 30% of your proceeds to someone who didn't do any of the work!! Thanks TeamFi!!! We will be back again next year!!

Easy to use and customer service was amazing!!!

Teamfi and Kanon were awesome to work with. The platform was super easy to work and understand, which made it super easy for the girls to use and get our fundraiser out to people. The Lady Chieftain Wrestling team thanks you for everything. Highly Recommend!!!!!

This is my 2nd time using Teamfi for school related fundraisers. I love that it is user friendly, easy to set up and easy to explain to students and families. The fee is minimal compared to many other fundraising platforms so we get to keep most of what we raise. I also love the ease of tracking who is participating, how many donations have been received per user, etc. This helps us track and award incentives to students as they meet their contact goal and fundraising goals.

After researching various companies, I couldn't find one that could beat Teamfi. The story behind how the company was founded is truly what lead me here! (I wont give the details, you have to use this great service to find out all the goodies :-)

‍

This company is ran by two HONEST and hard working young men! They were always available to me when we had questions.

‍

This platform not only doubled our goal, but we went over the double goal by almost $6,000 dollars!

‍

My only question is.....WHY ISN'T EVERYONE using this company to fundraise? It really doesn't get any easer than Teamfi.

‍

I have and will continue to tell all my friends about this wonderful company! Most companies want 30% just to head your fundraisers....Teamfi asked for 0% (that's not a typo)!

‍

The great thing about this service.....They did all the leg work in figuring out how to get the information to the parents, they created the QR code, they sent the reminder and emails to all of the donors!

‍

And in the end....They had to remind us that our check was ready! (LOL)

‍

Teamfi you ROCK!

I did the calendar fundraiser for my soccer club organization for the teams and also my HS XC team. It was easy, great help, and we received our check in less than a week after the fundraiser. Recommend!!

Total Raised on TeamFi: $13,400.74 | Fundraiser Dates: 9/15/25 – 9/26/25

School Information: Level 1 Elementary school with 630 students

‍

TeamFi’s Calendar Fundraiser was a huge HIT! I don’t believe our PTO has ever raised this much money with a fundraiser. To put it into perspective, we made probably around $2,000 or less last year with two fundraisers. I joined at the end of last school year and knew we needed to try something different this year. I took a chance on TeamFi, and I’m glad I did!

‍

This online Calendar Fundraiser was easy for parents and donors, fun for the kids, and effective at raising money. We received the funds via direct deposit to our bank account within a few business days of giving them our banking information.

‍

Why We Loved It:

• We raised over $13,400.74 online through TeamFi’s Calendar Fundraiser platform, and an additional $788 in cash, for a total of $14,188.74 before prizes.
• Parents were thrilled with the simplicity. No selling, no collecting money, and no pressure to buy things they didn’t want.• Donors found it easy to give. Most appreciated not needing to take cash out of the bank and loved the seamless online process.
• TeamFi doesn’t take any fees for themselves—just standard credit card processing. There’s also an optional tip feature that donors can adjust.
• TeamFi did most of the heavy lifting. TeamFi tracks individual donations and classroom totals. It’s quick and easy to see how students are doing and what place each class is in.
• Helpful Owners. The owners of TeamFi are friendly and helpful. They can Facetime with you and will answer any questions you may have during the entire process.

How We Customized It: Although TeamFi is set up for individual students to complete their own calendars, we ran our fundraiser by class instead. Each student’s donations would count towards a classroom calendar as well as towards individual rewards. The goal was for the donations from all of the students in the class to fill their teacher’s calendar.

‍

Note to other PTOs: TeamFi doesn’t yet support linking student donations/calendars directly to a teacher's calendar, but with a little creativity, it’s definitely possible. We created a teacher calendar for each class in Canva. Three PTO volunteers manually added each student’s donations to their teacher’s calendar in Canva. We put little hearts over each day that was donated from all the students in each class. It took some extra work but was worth it. Most of our families are low income, and having each student complete their own calendar would be too much for most families. If you have each student complete their own calendars and don’t take a classroom approach, you won’t have to do this extra step. Everything will be done for you on the TeamFi website.

‍

Prize Strategy: We kept prizes simple, fun, and free or low-cost. Classrooms earned rewards like pajama days, crazy hair days, no shoes in class day, and extra recess. Top-earning classrooms school-wide won parties (pizza, cupcake, and bubble parties), and our top two students earned a “Skip the Car Line” pass for their parents. We drew 20+ names at random each Friday to win a small prize, and the 1st place student in each class got a prize from our prize stash.

‍

Final Thoughts: This was one of the most parent-friendly and donor-friendly fundraisers we’ve ever done. TeamFi made it so simple to keep track of individual and classroom totals. It saved PTO volunteers a lot of time. We’ll definitely be using TeamFi every Fall moving forward. We highly recommend them to any PTO or school group looking for a simple and effective fundraising platform.

This is the most efficient, and productive fundraiser ever! EVER!

Why would a program choose any other fundraising platform?

‍

Teamfi give ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of what is earned back to your program!!!

Great customer service. And the fundraiser was so easy!

Thanks to all who competed and/or donated/pledged to help support our first ever Lift-A-Thon.

‍

Through two fundraising campaigns with @teamfi_app, we've collectively raised $9789.12, directly benefitting all WO student-athletes.

‍

We're grateful for every penny.

‍

Go WO!!!

Excellent platform for our lift-a-thon. Kanon provided great customer service and the whole process was smooth and easy to use. Fees were minimal compared to other platforms I have used. We exceeded our goal by $6,000. We will be using Teamfi again.

Have used them three years in a row! Great for fundraising!

The Teamfi app essentially made fundraising a breeze for my cheerleading teams and their families. From the very beginning, Kanon was only an email away with assistance with incredibly easy onboarding and any questions I had a long the way. Once we were set up, the app truly did the work for us! We’d often log in to find surprise donations from supporters that sometimes made it feel like Teamfi was magically adding money to our total!

‍

The "Donate-a-Day" calendar fundraiser was not only simple and fun to implement, but it also exceeded my expectations. The amount we raised blew me away, and I honestly didn’t think we’d raise nearly that much! Beyond the financial success, this fundraiser helped my athletes see the value of community support. It reminded all of us that every child truly does—or should—have a village behind them.

‍

Teamfi kept me inspired, energized, and motivated to keep pushing our goals. I can’t recommend this platform enough. It’s effective, easy, and impactful--a total win for any team!

Sounds like you need to be using @teamfi_app

Not sure why every HS in America wouldn't use teamfi @kanon_dean it's the only company that doesn't profit off your program.  The money you raise all goes to your program.   No brainer!

Kanon and his team have set the bar at the highest point possible and have done nothing less than the absolute best job in execution, communication and support needed to run a successful fundraising campaign. Simply stated, they are doing it the right way way by not taking any fees and giving the most back to the programs and schools that will be using it for anything that they need. From Start to Finish, Kanon made everything simplistic and beyond doable for any coach of any team or technological expertise. Stop reading this and schedule an appointment to get your campaign started!

My team and I enjoyed this fundraiser. There was nothing to it, we just needed phone numbers and everything was done for us. Super easy.

I recently had the opportunity to use Kanon's fundraising app, Teamfi, and I must say it was an amazing experience. The app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for me to set up and manage my fundraising goals. Not only was the app efficient, but it also helped me meet my fundraising targets much quicker than expected.

‍

Kanon himself was a pleasure to work with. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, providing excellent customer support throughout my fundraising journey. His dedication and commitment truly made a difference.
