Yes. Your animal shelter, zoo, aquarium, rescue, sanctuary, or other animal-focused organization can still run a fundraiser with Teamfi as long as it has a valid tax ID. You do not need to be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit to use the platform. However, only verified nonprofit organizations receive Teamfi’s nonprofit verification badge and nonprofit tax information on donor receipts.
