Teamfi runs every donation payment through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 certified processor used by millions of businesses worldwide. Donors enter their card details into Stripe's encrypted checkout, where the card is tokenized and stored only by Stripe. Teamfi never sees or stores card numbers. There is no payment setup on your end: every fundraiser accepts all major payment methods with Stripe's encryption and fraud screening applied automatically. What Stripe handles for every fundraiser:
Funds are paid out directly to the bank account you connect during setup (or via check if that is your chosen payout method).
Teamfi's secure payment processing through Stripe is available on all digital fundraising products: Crowdfunding campaigns, Calendar Fundraisers, A-thon Fundraisers, and Fill My Fundraisers. The cost of secure payment processing is 2.9% + $0.30 a transaction charged by Stripe, and is shown on our pricing page.

How secure is donor payment information on Teamfi?
All transactions are processed through Stripe, a world leading payment provider. Teamfi never stores sensitive credit card details on our servers, ensuring bank-level (PCI Service Provider Level 1 compliance) security for every contribution.
What payment methods can supporters use to donate?
Donors can contribute using all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as modern digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App.
Does Teamfi ever see or store my card number?
No. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's encrypted checkout form and never pass through Teamfi's servers. Stripe processes and protects the payment under its PCI Service Provider Level 1 certification. Teamfi only receives confirmation that the donation went through — no card numbers appear anywhere in your Teamfi account or on donor receipts.
