Detailed Donation Receipts

Teamfi automatically sends a detailed donation receipt by email immediately after every completed donation, giving donors a clear record of their contribution without requiring a Teamfi account.

1. Complete your donation: Make a donation to any Teamfi fundraiser.
2. Receive your receipt automatically: As soon as the donation is completed, Teamfi sends a receipt to the email address provided during checkout.
3. View your transaction details: Each receipt includes the fundraiser name, transaction reference number, donation date, donor contact information, donation amount, optional tip, and total amount paid.
4. View nonprofit tax information (verified nonprofits only): If the fundraiser is run by a verified nonprofit, the receipt will also include the organization’s nonprofit information and Tax ID/EIN.
5. Keep your receipt for your records: Donors can save the receipt for future reference, including tax season when applicable.
6. No Teamfi account required: Donors do not need to create or log in to a Teamfi account to receive their receipt.
7. Contact Teamfi if needed: If a receipt is not delivered, donors can contact hello@teamfi.works for assistance.

Teamfi Donation Receipts are generated and emailed automatically for every fundraiser, helping donors keep a clear record of their contribution while eliminating the need for organizers to manually create or send receipts.
