Downloadable CSV Reports

Every Teamfi fundraiser includes downloadable CSV reporting tools at no additional cost. Fundraiser administrators can easily export detailed campaign data to organize records, review performance, and track fundraising activity outside of the Teamfi dashboard. Reports can be downloaded at any time on the fundraiser dashboard and provide a clear breakdown of your fundraiser data. Current CSV reporting features include:

• Donation Data (All fundraiser types): Access a complete record of all donations, including who each donation was made to, the donor’s name when provided, the amount donated, and any message left by the donor. If a donor chose to donate anonymously, their name will not be included in the report.
• Participant List (All Fundraiser types): Download a complete list of participants, including their name, sign-up date, group, number of contacts, and donation details.
• Pledge Data (Available for A-thons): Access all pledges that have been made to your a-thon fundraiser including pledger name, amount, data of the pledge, and contact information.
• Fill My & Calendar Data (Available for Fill My & Calendar Fundraisers): Export each participant’s name, the number of spaces or calendar days they have filled, the specific spaces or days they have filled, the number of open spaces or days remaining, and their total donation amount.
