Editable Participant Goals gives fundraiser admins the ability to customize how much each participant is working to raise during a Crowdfunding or Custom A-thon fundraiser. Participant goals for Calendar and Fill My Fundraisers are built directly into the fundraiser format, with each participant working toward their goal by filling their individual calendar or shape.
By default, each participant starts with a $500 individual fundraising goal, but admins can easily adjust that amount at any point before or during the fundraiser. Goals are edited directly from the fundraiser participants section of the admin dashboard, on the right side of the participant roster.
Each goal is individual to that participant, but admins can also choose to apply a new goal amount to all participants at once. Changing participant goals does not affect the fundraiser’s overall team or organization goal.
Editable Participant Goals are built to give admins more flexibility when participants have different fundraising expectations, needs, or circumstances, while still keeping the fundraiser’s overall goal unchanged.
Editable Participant Goals are available completely free of charge for fundraiser organizers using Crowdfunding Fundraisers and Custom A-thon Fundraisers, giving admins the flexibility to customize individual fundraising goals at any point before or during a fundraiser.

Editing a participant’s fundraising goal on Teamfi takes just a few steps:
Once your participant goals are set, you’re ready to go! If anything changes, fundraiser admins can easily update individual goals or apply a new goal to all participants at any time before or during the fundraiser.
Can each participant have a different fundraising goal?
Yes. Fundraiser admins can set a unique fundraising goal for each participant based on their individual expectations, needs, or circumstances. Participant goals can be updated at any time before or during the fundraiser directly from the fundraiser participants section of the admin dashboard.
Can I change every participant’s goal at the same time?
Yes. When editing a participant’s goal, admins can choose to update only that participant or apply the new goal amount to all participants in the fundraiser. This makes it easy to quickly adjust goals across the entire roster without editing each participant individually.
Does changing participant goals affect the fundraiser’s overall goal?
No. Participant fundraising goals are separate from the fundraiser’s overall team or organization goal. Updating one participant’s goal, or applying a new goal to all participants, will not change the overall fundraising goal for the fundraiser.
